The largest of the Broads, NWT Hickling Broad is a year-round haven for wildlife. It's easy to spend a day walking around its trails or, in summer, gently whiling away a couple of hours taking in the Broad’s hidden corners on one of NWT’s boat tours.
There's an ever popular Evening Water Trail and Supper from The Pleasure Boat Inn Staithe every Tuesday & Thursday in June, July and August, a 2 hour trip at 6pm

Just across the dyke from The Pleasure Boat is Whispering Reeds Boats which has been owned and operated by the same family for 54 years. The yard at the north end of Hickling Broad is the perfect place for a day out on a boat, or for a holiday on a Houseboat. They also offer all the other boatyard services of moorings, repairs, launching and storage.
